Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouses, with most orders dispatched from our Hong Kong facility.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted, but you can return your order for a full refund once it is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time during holidays or sale seasons. Orders are processed between Monday and Friday, and typically within 1-3 business days from the order date. Shipping occurs the next business day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, please allow between 1-3 weeks for your order to arrive, depending on your location.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days after it was shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be responsible for paying duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. Import taxes, duties, and related fees may be charged by your local customs office. These fees are your responsibility, and we do not cover them. Delays caused by customs are also beyond our control. Please contact your local customs office for more details.
How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you receive incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise, please contact us with your order number and photographs of the item(s) upon receiving the package. We’ll work swiftly to resolve the issue.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be processed to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item or approving your cancellation request. Please contact your bank for details on when the refund will appear in your account.
If your refund hasn't been posted yet, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
