Where do you ship from? We ship from our warehouses, with most orders dispatched from our Hong Kong facility.

Can I change or cancel my order? We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted, but you can return your order for a full refund once it is received.
